Roll Your Stats

Standard Array

Standard array uses the set numbers of 15, 14, 13, 12, 10, and 8 to determine the stat. These numbers can be put in any order to determine a characters ability.

Point Buy

The player begins with 27 points and can divide those however they please to create stats. See the table below to check score costs.

Manual Array

Also known as rolling dice, the player rolls 4d6 and drops the lowest dice. Add together the remaining 3 to determine the ability schore. Repeate this step six times to determine the scores of the players stats.

Write Your Backstory, Choose Begining Equipment and Abilities

Choose a pre-generated background, or write your own! Include things such as your alignment, faith, lifestyle, physical characteristics, and personal characteristics. Characters will also get an array of equipment to start them out. This equipment can range from components for spells to armor and weapons

  • Top contains character name, class and level, player name, race, background, and experience points.
  • To the left, put in ability scores. To read more about ability scores and modifiers, click here.
  • Fill in the saving throws and skills using the scores determined before. Each skill goes back to one ability.
  • Fill in your initiative bonus, which is your dexterity bonus. Along with that fill in your hp (found in class description), and armor class. To determine armor class, click here
  • . You can also add a profiency bonus, which at first level is +2.
  • Your proficiences, languages and actions are determined by class and race, which are viewable in Player Handbook and DM Manual.
